Simon Pipkin is a fully qualified personal trainer and bio-signature practitioner he will be taking fitness sessions at Field Farm on a Monday and Wednesday evening from 5pm - 8pm for small groups of 2 - 4 people. In addition to structured fitness sessions especially catering for rider fitness, Simon will be offering free body analysis including a bio signature assessment and dietry advice.
